KiahMilla ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and most other countries worldwide.

PROCESSING TIME
Because each piece is prepared to order, processing time is included in the total delivery time below. During busy periods (holidays, sales events, Mother’s Day, Christmas), orders may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All destinations (United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world): 6–15 business days in total from the date you place your order, including processing.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

The exact shipping cost for your order will always be clearly shown before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

PACKAGING
All KiahMilla jewelry is securely and beautifully packaged. No invoices or pricing details are included in the parcel, making our orders perfect for gifting.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information if you are unsure.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kiahmilla7@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
