Warranty
At Kiah Milla, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery.
All Kiah Milla jewellery is covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
✔️ Manufacturing defects
✔️ Faulty workmanship
✔️ Structural issues under normal wear
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
What is NOT covered
Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches or surface damage

Water or chemical damage

Lost or stolen items

Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Fading due to perfumes, lotions, or exposure to moisture

Accidental damage after delivery
Ring Resizing
We offer resizing on eligible rings within 30 days of delivery for a small service fee.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs

Resizing takes approximately 5–10 business days

Eternity rings cannot be resized
Stone Replacement
If a small stone becomes loose or falls out within 3 months of purchase, we may replace it free of charge where deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns for:
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
For your protection, we recommend using:

Kiah Milla is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
