Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kiahmilla7@gmail.com so we can make it right.
In these cases, Kiahmilla will cover return shipping or issue a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations

Before production: Orders may be canceled and refunded.

During production: Only shipping costs may be refunded.

After shipping or delivery: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
